Adam a graduate of Ohio University moved to Florida soon after graduating for the opportunities available in real estate. He landed at Mercantile Capital Corporation where his work with small business owners and franchise contacts fueled a new interest in franchises. From his unique perspective of reviewing franchise agreements for borrowers, he was able to analyze a number of opportunities and learn about the concepts that were the most affordable and profitable. “When I came across Kennedy’s, I was blown away,” Adam recalls. Adam credits the growth of his Club to an excellent staff, “They really take care of running things for me when I am not around, they are a big part of our club’s success,” Adam says. |
