Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders shipped via USPS services average 3-5 business days to reach their destinations.

| Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Kennedy’s, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and we will credit your account for the full amount of your purchase.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service department, however, and require a return authorization number.
We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the product(s) and notify us immediately at 1-800-31-SHAVE. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Please be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number, as well as your return authorization number. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Kennedy’s in any way. |
